The authoritative style : Come with me … Share the grand vision and what's our role in the vision . Less effective when working with experts / experienced teams.
The affiliative style : “People come first” , Particularly useful for building harmony or increasing morale . But effective with correct feedback.
The democratic style : Giving workers a voice in decisions. Employees may feel leaderless
The pacesetting style : Set high performance standards , works well with highly competent and self motivated
The coaching style : Focus more on personal development than on immediate work related tasks.
